Customer Care team, always replies quickly.Not the sellers fault, as the chocolate powder was well wrapped as always. However, courier damaged the parcel and the external damage was so bad the chocolate powder, bag had burst. I messaged the seller and was told, that a replacement would be with me the next day. However l have given this company 4* for the way this issue was dealt with. They have been so understanding about the whole thing and have me with a full refund which albeit disappointing for not being able to try their produce it was still excellent service. This has not detered me from trying to order again. Don't let my experience put you off, I'm just the unlucky one. 😞
