    Horrible experience. Firstly I bought this rear bumper for over $600. When I receive it the bumper was all bent out of shape mostly the corners and IT WASNT EVEN SHIPPED IN A BOX! When I contacted the seller I was told the bumper had to be bent to “be able to ship”. Ridiculous excuse. Description says “what you see is what you get” definitely not. When I brought up my frustration the person on the other end says to me “I’m just and customer service rep and I’m just trying to help you out”.

    The item was packaged securely and arrived without any damage. The buyer is threatening to request a full refund or leave negative feedback. This issue has been reported to eBay.
