Essential to your survival
When buying a product like this, if you can buy organic do so. Potassium Gluconate powder is very fast acting although we used to take tablets when on Military exercises in hot places like, Jungles, or the Middle-East for example. If you don't take potassium you can die very quickly. It is excellent for heat-stroke and sun stroke and we have had quite a hot summer and you tend to feel exhausted to say the least. 1 teaspoon for heat exhaustion with a pint of water does the trick and some sleep after taking it. A pint of water when you wake and that is what you need. You will feel brilliant and don't forget to keep your salt content in small amounts too as salt is also essential.
