Absolutely delighted!!!
One of the best purchases. Quality is good, without any minor shortfalls. I am glad that I bought a version with a “pillow”, as it gets all painful points of my neck and relaxes them quickly. 20 min and I am like new)) highly recommended!!! I wish I would find out about it before. We use it with my husband; our friends bought it too after our feedback. We all find it very efficient.

Body mat very sharp pillow fine
For me i found plastic spikes very painful without any clothing, i stuck with the pain.With a small hand towel was bearable but couldnt feel hardly nothing.I will definately retry with light tshirt.The pillow was best feature. The foam inside is poor quality already there are areas of yellow. But overall for the price i paid not bad as the original mats are too expensive.
