Lo scopo di AZARIO è garantire la tua completa soddisfazione. Se per qualche ragione non sei soddisfatto del tuo ordine puoi esercitare il tuo diritto di recesso, senza alcuna penalità, entro quattordici (14) giorni dal giorno in cui hai ricevuto i prodotti acquistati su Azario.it. I prodotti da rendere devono essere consegnati al corriere entro quattordici (14) giorni dalla data in cui hai comunicato al Venditore la tua decisione di recedere dal contratto. I prodotti possono essere restituiti mediante spedizione del pacco tramite il corriere indicato da AZARIO (GLS, UPS o DHL), o tramite altro spedizioniere, solo dopo aver compilato il Modulo di reso (conforme al modulo tipo ai sensi dell’art. 49, comma 4 del Codice del Consumo) che trovi online nell'area Servizio Clienti per ottenere il numero di reso (il Venditore ti invierà conferma a mezzo e-mail dell’avvenuto ricevimento della richiesta di recesso trasmessa mediante il Modulo di reso), ovvero dopo aver redatto ed inviato al Venditore altra dichiarazione esplicita della tua decisione di recedere dal contratto, fermo restando, in tale seconda ipotesi, che resterà a tuo carico l’onere di provare il corretto e tempestivo esercizio del diritto di recesso. In alcuni casi specifici, debitamente segnalati nel Modulo di Reso, sarà possibile cambiare il prodotto con un altro in pari valore.

Il diritto di recesso si intende esercitato correttamente qualora siano interamente rispettate le seguenti condizioni:

a. il Modulo di reso trasmesso on line attraverso il sito Azario.it o altra dichiarazione esplicita della tua decisione di recedere dal contratto devono essere correttamente compilati e trasmessi al Venditore entro quattordici (14) giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante raccomandata all’indirizzo di AZARIO, Via Maggia, 22, Pettinengo (BI), oppure tramite telegramma, fax, al numero 015 95 26038, da confermare, a tua discrezione, mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le quarantotto ore successive;

b. i prodotti non devono essere stati utilizzati o danneggiati;

c. il cartellino identificativo deve essere ancora attaccato ai prodotti con il sigillo monouso se presente;

d. i prodotti devono essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale; se vuoi rendere un kit, devi restituire tutti gli articoli che lo compongono;

e. i prodotti resi devono essere consegnati al corriere entro quattordici (14) giorni che decorrono da quando hai comunicato al Venditore la tua decisione di recedere dal contratto

f. i prodotti non devono essere danneggiati

Se hai rispettato tutte le condizioni richieste, AZARIO ti rimborserà integralmente il prezzo dei prodotti acquistati, restando a tuo carico unicamente le spese del reso, vale a dire quelle per la restituzione a AZARIO dei prodotti acquistati, salvo esonero espresso.
