Easy to use and effective reef glue
Simply a ‘super glue’ that can be safely used in water. So don’t get it on your fingers. Best if you take the frag or coral out the water, dry the base, then apply liberally. Once the frag is in place you have a few seconds to wiggle it about to get a good contact. Then hold it in place for 30 secs or so, before carefully releasing.

Does not work under water
Supposed to work under water and on wet surfaces it does neither, just a very expensive superglue, which is what I will use in future. Up till now I've been a big fan of Seachem products but this one fails in a big way!

would recommend.
works great. Its ever-so-slightly thicker than superglue gel and much cheaper per ml (or whatever unit it is). Its also usable after its been left for a few weeks (with the cap on) unlike SG which dries out so you lose the tube. would recommend.
