Ordered 2 of these for my son and daughter and although 1 was in good condition the other was an older version and a bit discoloured and tatty. Not impressed

The Curry Secret

Only been making my own curries since the lockdowns and found a lot of cook books have you preparing the ingredients differently. This book is down to earth and explains things in a way that I understand. Only made the chicken vindaloo so far but I am liking this method and the curry was ok for the first attempt.
