I bought this book for my 8 year old Grand daughter who is showing an interest in wildlife and had borrowed one of my bird books. She read it from front to back!! She knows all the birds now that come in my garden and hers and I am so pleased. This has lots of information on the birds and lovely illustrations and if an 8 year old can be engrossed in it then I think it is ideal for all ages.
