A pleasant little intro to spanish. Each of the 20 lessons is quite short and even if your attention span is as short as mine you could do a lesson in a couple of short sessions of maybe 10-15 mins each. There's not too much emphasis on grammar and syntax - just a series of fairly simple everyday scenarios with attendant tips and vocabulary. If you knew what was in the book and you were a first-timer you would be able to go on holiday to Spain and get by in the lingo. It is well worth getting the couple of CDs that come with the book.A pleasant little intro to spanish.
