All of our Brand new products are 100% Genuine and in Manufacturer’s Packaging unless stated differently on item listing. In most cases we send products still sealed and never opened by Wildflower Trading unless we believe additional protection is required to ensure the product is safe during transit. If applicable products will come with original manufacturer’s paperwork e.g electronics.

Wildflower Trading does also sell used and collectible item which are described as per listing description. All possible care to describe the product as clearly has possible is taken along with multiple photo's to back up the description and give the seller as much information as possible to what they are purchasing.

If no payment received within 3 working days Wildflower Trading will attempt to contact you and if still no payment may have no option but to report to eBay. Delivery Expectations

Products will be dispatched within 1 working day and sooner when possible. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You may received communications from Wildflower Trading outside of these hours. As an example if you order Tuesday at 8pm your product(s) will be dispatched no later than Thursday. Wildflower Trading use a range of different courier and postal services, if the courier or postal service provides a tracking number this information will be uploaded to the eBay system so that it is shared with you to track the parcel. Express postage option is available on most products.

Upon Delivery of your Product(s)

Please ensure you inspect your product(s) upon delivery. If you have any issues such as damage please contact Wildflower Trading via eBay message ASAP. We must notify the courier of damage in transit within 2 working days of delivery. We may require digital photograph so if this could be included via the first eBay message it will save time and allow Wildflower Trading to deal with your concern quicker resulting in a faster resolve.

Depending on the type of damage Wildflower Trading may request to collect the product from you via a pre-paid courier to be delivered back to Wildflower Trading. You would be required to re-package the product in readiness for it to be collected via the courier. A replacement product or refund will be provided.

Do not send the same product as advertised.
A picture advertises the dark brown tin, and even after checking this is correct, they STILL send the silvery/gold tins, which taste completely different. Not happy.

Coffee time
I assist a retired friend who has had major and life threatening health issues , I call in most days to , at the very least , check all is OK . However , there are occasions , where I do a lot more , I always get made a mug of coffee , this has been the case for quite some time and with prices rising , I thought I better buy coffee for my friend. Seeing this product on offer, I sent for it , I now don't feel guilty about drinking my friends coffee , we enjoy a mug of coffee together whilst we talk , socialise , form fill etc. Great value and my friend is delighted.I assist a retired friend who has had major and life threatening health issues , I call in most days to , at the very least , check all is OK . Best coffee
Nescafe gold is one of the best instant coffees around. Tastes delicious. It's usually my first choice. When it's on offer. I bought this mahoosive container full due to self isolating and I reckon it will last me through 12 weeks isolation. I feel that this was a good deal when you consider the price off promotion. Very pleased with my purchase. One less thing I have to worry about. A new product for me
I guess this size of coffee container is purchased for offices but seemed a good idea for me during this lockdown when access to shops is restricted. It’s good value and is one less item to hunt for in the supermarket.
