I wouldn't call it THE best, but "Giratina and the Sky Warrior" is a terrific Pokemon movie, and definitely one of the better ones that has been made. The movie follows Ash, Dawn and Brock after an encounter with Dialga and Palkia from the previous movie. The same Dialga is pulled into an alternate dimension called the Reverse World, which is the representation of antimatter. The Pokemon who pulled it in, Giratina, is mad because their Dialga and Palkia's clash from the previous movie has severely poisoned the Reverse World. But before it can exact its revenge, a Pokemon called Shaymin interrupts, and now Giratina has a new problem to face with: escaping its own prison. Ash, Dawn and Brock vow to help Shaymin find a flower garden, where it will be leaving from in a few days. Overall, this film is full of action and adventure, and even though it can feel like an extended episode from the TV show at times, it brings back a little bit of the magic that has been lost in the years since the original series. I'd give this film 3 out of 4 stars, and to find out how the story really ends, be sure to watch this film's sequel: "Arceus and the Jewel of Life".Read full review
