17) IF THE CUSTOMER SUSPECTS THE ITEM IS FAULTY THEY MUST FIRST CONTACT US.
18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

    Happy so far

    I've had this lithium battery for about a month and so far it's comfortably seen me round my local 18 hole hilly course once or twice each week. Today it's managed 22 holes (bad weather stopped play) without any problem. I think it would have managed 27 judging by the amount of power left when I put it back on charge although the charge indicator was down to one of the 4 lights. In summary it seems to be doing what I bought it for and is much much lighter than my previous lead battery making my powerkaddy trolley easy to push in case I ever have to. At this price it seems very good value compared to the higher priced branded makes that are available.

    A good start

    So far difficult to tell if any difference with more expensive items. Performance has been excellent longevity of performance over its life will be key to the comparison. Same light weight, same look, same protective package you get two connectors for differing trolley brands. Charger is smaller more compact. Delivery quick.

    great so far.

    This battery including charger and carry case was delivered promptly, I have used it four times so far. on a reasonably flat 600 yd course, in early morning cold weather conditions with winter wheels on., and being a 27 hole battery, it has plenty of go after completion of the round. obviously cannot comment on it's long term ability yet. ps I did go for the 27 hole as we sometimes play a very hilly course locally.

    Easy Golfer

    This lightweight compact golf trolley battery does certainly take the effort out of pulling a trolley around a golf course. Its very hard to believe how light the lithium battery is compared to the old heavy unit that I used before. The price of the new unit is very competitive compared with other outlets has I did shop around first. I really would have no hesitation in recommending this battery.

    So light and quick charge

    My first lithium battery and it's great. Very light so easy to carry. I struggled with my old type battery. Its compact and recharges in about 4-5 hours. This is the best price I found online. Wont be going back to the older type !
