Improve the sound of your old vintage speakers
Bought these to replace bass drivers in a pair of vintage Marantz Hd345 speakers as the old paper ones had worn what a difference in sound more punchy and clearer and the cone is coated which helps and should make them last longer And a very good price cannot fault the sound and build quality they are perfect match at 8ohms and 50watts

Good value 8" speaker driver replacements
I think these are a good value option for replacing older hi-fi speakers. I can't really discern any noticeable difference with my Celestion Dittion 15s after replacing the damaged originals in my set up and they are a much less risky option compared to buying much older second hand originals, especially at 2 or 3 times the price. Maybe not the preferred option for a perfectionist, but I am more than happy with them.I think these are a good value option for replacing older hi-fi speakers. Superb sounding
Bought to refurbish a pair of old Ditton 15XRs but ended up in some 18ltr Technics cabs which are pretty well built but awful drivers. Used a new pair of tweeters, and new 2 way (proper) crossovers, not just a cap. Shoe-horned the foam out of the Dittons into them, and wow! What a difference. They sound like an older pair of RB18 Goodman's now, except the bass goes well bellow the RBs, and the treble is transparent.
