Although the application process is lengthy, I can honestly say my curly (crazy) hair is much much easier to manage. I can straighten it in minutes where as before it would have taken me an hour! It also stays straight for a long time after just one go with the straightners. The products change the texture of your hair. For me my hair is much much softer and straighter. Five stars! Will be purchasing again!
