No one sells just 10 ft of band, so i had to buy the kit. this was the most cost effective way to get 10 feet of metal banding strong enough to hold the antenna. I will not install the entire kit, only use the band. But the kit is exactly what someone would need for a chimney that is less than 8 ft in diameter.
