All of our Brand new products are 100% Genuine and in Manufacturer’s Packaging unless stated differently on item listing. In most cases we send products still sealed and never opened by Wildflower Trading unless we believe additional protection is required to ensure the product is safe during transit. If applicable products will come with original manufacturer’s paperwork e.g electronics.
 
Wildflower Trading does also sell used and collectible item which are described as per listing description. All possible care to describe the product as clearly has possible is taken along with multiple photo's to back up the description and give the seller as much information as possible to what they are purchasing.

Payment methods accepted are - PayPal, Cheque and Postal Order
Please pay for your product(s) ASAP after purchase. If no payment received within 3 working days Wildflower Trading will attempt to contact you and if still no payment may have no option but to report to eBay. This is always a last resort and has to be done to ensure we get a credit for the eBay fees.
 
Delivery Expectations
 
Products will be dispatched within 1 working day and sooner when possible. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You may received communications from Wildflower Trading outside of these hours. As an example if you order Tuesday at 8pm your product(s) will be dispatched no later than Thursday. Wildflower Trading use a range of different courier and postal services, if the courier or postal service provides a tracking number this information will be uploaded to the eBay system so that it is shared with you to track the parcel. Express postage option is available on most products.
 
Upon Delivery of your Product(s)
 
Please ensure you inspect your product(s) upon delivery. If you have any issues such as damage please contact Wildflower Trading via eBay message ASAP. We must notify the courier of damage in transit within 2 working days of delivery. We may require digital photograph so if this could be included via the first eBay message it will save time and allow Wildflower Trading to deal with your concern quicker resulting in a faster resolve.
 
Depending on the type of damage Wildflower Trading may request to collect the product from you via a pre-paid courier to be delivered back to Wildflower Trading. You would be required to re-package the product in readiness for it to be collected via the courier. A replacement product or refund will be provided.

    Quality labelling but a little bulky

    The quality of type is excellent together with many settings to control type size and format. The tape itself is durable and so far has remained stuck to a variety of surfaces. 5 stars for that. Takes a little time to work out all the features as the instructions are quite brief. Be aware that it is big, certainly bigger than I was expecting.

    Good Product But Appalling Instructions,

    This is the second Brother printer I have owned, the last one for 10+ years which had very good manual. his new one is good product for people who already understand the workings!!! Have tried to register as requested but as it does not have a serial number this is not possible. Have emailed Brothers for help in registering but not even the courtesy of a reply. It is a great shame these days that the bigger a company gets the worse is their customer treatment.

    Great Quality Handheld Printer

    This is easily the best handheld printer on the market. Excellent value for money. It comes with duracell batteries, so ready to use. I have tried other printers but this one is the most economical to run, because you can get 8 meter cassette tapes which are easily available at low prices. Also a great variety of different colors of tape can be bought. There are so many different options to choose from in the settings that it can take a while to find them all. It is a fantastic quality machine. I've labelled everything up in the workshop, making things easy to find. Fully recommended in every way!!!

    BROTHER HAND HELD PRINTER

    hi there I have had one of these hand held printers that one was very good but this model is even better. the print quality is very good its very clear and crisp you can use it for lots of different things . like labelling food in the fridge or freezer there is no end to use to label it is good value for the price. so I would recommend this to any one.

    So useful and easy to use

    In a bid to get more organised and after reading reviews i decided to get one of these. It came alot quicker than expected but i was apprehensive to open it up as i thought it would take me ages to work out how to use it as im not very good with technology so the plan was to get my husband to figure it out and then show me the basics. However, i was really surprised at how easy it was and was creating labels in a matter of minutes. There are so many different things i could use this for that i dont know how i havnt gotten one before.
