    The doll is listed as new. Pictured is a complete box, top and bottom, plus the original outer box. I received the bottom part of the box only, placed over the doll as if it's the top but the doll will fall out of the open bottom. No top or outer box. I brought this to the seller's attention and they just said curtly, "send it back." I don't want to send it back, I want the rest of the box. I asked, but they refused to tell me why the rest of the box is missing. It's deceptive and baffling.

    The only negative comment I have is that the item was not packaged well. It arrived in good condition, but in a cardboard box with no wrapping of any kind. No plastic bag to protect it from moisture. Luckily, it was clean and dry.
