Brilliant workout excerciser!!
Im 8.9 shone weight. This is a brilliant core excerciser. I've been doing several weeks of rehab physio for a broken ankle. I needed some means of home excercise to strengthen leg & ankle muscles . This is far more than just a core excerciser and exactly what I was hoping for. You tube offers great workouts . I Definately wouldn't pay more for a similar item when this little gem is available at this amazing price, plus I used my ebay 15% off voucher to reduced price even more :) It is strong, robust and well made supports underneath for weight distribution and so addictive it stays on my kitchen floor for anyone to use :) I intend to buy at least another 4 for friends & family. Too Flat
I am nearly 60 and I haven't get the best balance in the world but there is no challenge at all to stay upright on this board as the base is far too Flat. Put it on a carpet and it's worse, on a hard see face it slides 😟 It's no wonder it's been reduced from £14.99!! .... glad I didn't pay that for it. Luckily I have come up with a new use for mine .... it'll not fall over. Quinny

Surprised!
This was recommended by my G.P for back problems. Was VERY sceptical but thought it worth a try as it was quite cheap. Athe moment 3 minutes x 3 times a day really seems to he helpful. Very tricky to get on and off(especially when laughing)but well worth it.
