Not much to say, everybody knows this is one of the better camping knives in the world. This style handle is also very stylish. The quality control is great, they all come out of the factory almost perfect. It is basically a work of art. Also a nice leather sheath.

I have a black phenolic version that is in perfect condition. I spent $200 on this with shipping and it came with screwed up grinds. The plunge grind was off and the grind was off at the tip. I had to fix the knife myself. Even the handle wasn't smooth. It had ridges in the Micarta and I had to sand them smooth. It's still usable, but you shouldn't have to finish a knife, or fix it, when it cost $200.

I like everything about this knife: the shape and finish of the blade, the cocobolo handle and trim, the feel in my hand. It's not too heavy, not too light. It's a product of high quality workmanship and materials and made in the good ole USA. It's a great value. I recommend it.

I don't know how you can beat this knife for value. It's super sharp out of the box and holds its edge very well. The weight and balance of the knife is exceptional. I like the appearance of the handle wood and metals. The commemorative 75th Anniversary edition is a nice add.
