When I brought this to their attention, Pinstriping immediately apologized and sent the replacement decal. Pinstriping then informed me they are sending an additional free one because of the frustration I might have had and to make me happy. This is exactly the type of company you want to work with. However, $5.00 for what was essentially typical first class postage (1-2 stamps) in a normal letter sized envelope with cardboard is a total ripoff, especially since it took 11 days to arrive.
