I am giving neutral feedback for the following reasons. I purchased two of the round lighters. One is working as it should, the other burst into flames on the second strike seriously burning fingers on my left hand. I have messaged the seller twice in the past two weeks but to date have not received a formal apology for a faulty product nor offer of a replacement or refund. Maybe this is just bad luck, however I do feel that this product is dangerous and should have a warning in the description.

Hi we are sorry to hear that. We have refunded you and given you an apology long before now. We have sold thousands of the lighters over the last few years and the buyers have always been happy with them. We have tested the ones we have in stock and they all passed safety tests. There are also hundreds of other sellers on ebay and other websites that sell the exact same lighter without any incidents like the one you have detailed here so the lighter is safe for sale and use by buyers.
