    Everything you ever wanted to know about nutrituion for the layperson.

    I hesitated to purchase this course for several years, as I have with similar ones, due to concerns about the material and whether it was what I envisioned.     Do your health a favor and watch this series.

    This nutrition series is a must watch for anyone, whether you take your health seriously or not. Even though it is 10 years old, the bulk of the material covered stills applies today. It is educational and enlightening. It will give you a new perspective on the importance of your health, your diet, vitamins, and supplements. I originally borrowed these DVDs from the local library, but this series made such an impact that I had to buy my own copy to watch again.
