    impressive results worth the effort

    It's not easy but it is worth it! so far all recipes have been outstanding alternative to their gluten counter parts. The scones and baguette recipe is impressive, the pastry really is good. It takes some planning to get into a recipe and a bit of shopping but just to experience those things again has been wonderful - shop bought gf products do not come close to what can be made at home. I'm a lazy cook and find recipes a bit of a drag so will only follow one if the result is worth it.

    A must for coeliacs

    The recipes have obviously been painstakingly researched. The savoury pastry was a great success but better eaten cold than hot. The introductions and guides to gluten free food are very helpful. The description and attention to detail are superb, as are the photos. A lovely book to handle. Very inspiring. Would love to send a photo of the quiche but don't have a camera.
