Shipper needs to more closely monitor 3rd party company they use to ship products to customer.My shipment was delayed by FedEx and essentially stuck 100 miles away from my destination and I had to call the attention of the vendor to help resolve matter. I was on phone with FedEx and not sure how much vendor really did to help resolve problem at hand.Ultimately, I did receive product, but it was very much later than expected...Product was accurately described by vendor at a good price.
