    The item received was not the item purchased. Did not receive the Glow Racers Mater. Received the Race & Rescue Mater. Conversation with seller was to return to sender, but the original box had already been discarded. Seller stated they would get the Glow Racers Mater ready to ship out, and then no other communication was received.

    Buyer is making a false claim about receiving the wrong item, hence the reason they never returned the item, they were apparently looking to score a free item. If they weren't happy with the item, I told them to return it and I'd replace or refund them, but they refused to return the item.
