One shifter arrived damaged (threads of shifter for hydraulic brake nut). I'm certified Shimano mechanic. Asked for help, accused part was not the one sold. They ship parts wrapped in newspaper/not retail packaging. Was waiting for my other parts to arrive to build bike which delayed my contact to seller after purchase. They are selling OEM parts meant for bike manufacturers not for retail consumers so you can not contact Shimano directly for help. After 2 weeks of no help had to contact ebay.

After delivered ONE MONTH,he claimed it.We asked for a video,then found the Product No(this shifter has an UNIQUE NO marked by Shimano)is totally different with what we shipped.Shimano never made such faultY part,particularly this gap.He said he changed the hose,and the primer on the nut was severely peeling off,it means he made the thread damaged after screwed the nut many times,the nut could not be fully locked so there was a gap.He damaged it but complained item fault.His ID:01bigring,BEWARE!
