So much so that it ruined the retriever itself making it unusable. Seller sent a video after the fact that makes the process seem easy, but the damage was already done. The product doesn’t have any visible branding and the instructions provided are badly printed which makes me think it is a poor Chinese or similar version. Requested a refund or replacement and promptly got a refund.
