It’s a lovely comfortable power chair it looks great & is easy to use, my problem with it is even though it folds up & fits in car boot it’s still to heavy for me to lift I need someone to put it in & out of the car for me so I still don’t have the independence I was hoping for because I can’t use it on my own I have to have help with it.

Arrived yesterday, started to unpack it and found charger lose in box and chair control also lose, both got knocked about in box because they were not protected, just starting to charge the battries but the book does not say how long, and the charger on start up was on red now changed to yellow, when it is fully charged will the light change to green as nothing in book tells you. Excellent service, original delivery date was up to 2 days after order placed, received apology message from courier saying delayed by day. The Company rang the day after order to pass their apologies for the delay and to confirm it would be delivered a day late (2 days after order placed) how many companies do that, really impressed. Have not yet had opportunity to use yet but arrived well packaged with only the foot plates to be added. Product favourably priced. Thank you.

Chair was delivered very quickly but was far too big and heavy for my needs so had to return. However MobilityPlus (especially Josh) were extremely helpful, suggesting alternatives which I initially rejected so refund was issued without a problem. They arranged a courier collection at a reasonable price given the size and weight of the package. So impressed with company that after some research I have gone back to them and purchased a smaller, lighter chair. 5 stars for service MobilityPlus
