We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.
 
Delivery prices are quoted for mainland UK only – Certain areas of the highlands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and the Chanel Islands may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.
 
We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 30 days starting from the day after you receive your order.
 
 
 
You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    It is easy to cut to the size you need. I live near a golf course so I have had to use it. I will have to wait and see how copes with the golf balls.

    Flimsy

    Arrived before due date. Product in itself easy to cut if needed, however it is flimsy and a little wind not suitable for greenhouse (intended purpose) as panels popped out. Would expect winter winds to possibly buckle the panels too. Would be stronger if cells ran horizontally rather than vertically. Alls not lost will be used as a cold frame.

    good product for price

    Robust panels but still with a little give to allow for slight curve, easy to trim with good pair of scissors. I'm not sure I would use them for roofing though (as shown in product photos) as they are only 4mm and unlike the description they are not what I would call 'solid glazing' as they are twinwall.

    Fixed it

    Bought these as greenhouse poly windows were broke. I only had single poly so was difficult to fit as thicker but done the job great. A lot of perseverance as an old greenhouse. Looks good too.
