Unless specified as “as-is, non-returnable,” we honor a comprehensive money-back guarantee for returns initiated within 60 days, or longer by a pre-agreed arrangement, from the day the buyer receives the item. We do not necessitate a reason for returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented. Any returned product should be in the same condition as received and with original packaging intact. Some damage to one unit, some foreign debris in another, scratches and such. Firmware inspection indicated it actually was unused, so that is hard to describe in a listing. Understandable.
