Everything is working great, since the repair. Well packaged and returned in top condition. Very pleased indeed to get further life out of our Panasonic DMR-BS750. I would certainly use this service again if it was available. I would have liked to receive some sort of detail regarding what the root cause actually was, and what work had been carried out. This would help with diagnosis of any future problems and so perhaps that could be of benefit to future customers.
