In the event of a return and to enable us to process your Refund/Exchange or Repair efficiently please follow these steps:
 
Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel:
You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 Working days of the date you received the item via the eBay messaging service.
If the item was originally delivered by UPS or ParcelForce or another specialist courier, then we will arrange a return for you (either collection or drop off), and we will ask reimbursement from you for the cost of the return.
If the item was delivered by Royal Mail or if you collected the item yourself then, also, we can help you arrange a return and will ask for reimbursement from you for the cost of the return.
 
All return items of this nature must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all accessories supplied and original packaging.
A full refund (including original carriage charge) of the order will be processed upon the items successful return.
 
Faulty Products - Within 30 Days:
In the very rare event when the item you have bought happens to develop a fault within 30 days from the date you purchased it we will offer a full refund or replacement (if the item you ordered is out of stock we will try to offer an equivalent model)

The item must be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging using the inserts supplied. - We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that occur whilst in transit.
Upon receipt of your item, we will provide a free of charge repair including any mechanical parts. If in the unlikely event the unit is beyond economical repair we will contact you and try to offer a like for like replacement.
When we have repaired your item we will return it to your choice of any UK Mainland address free of charge and contact you beforehand.
Our free of charge repair service excludes cosmetic/accidental damage and customer misuse. In the event of an item being returned to us for these reasons we will contact you and provide an estimate for repair or ask you to collect the item from us at your expense.

    Excellent if a bit loud

    If you want to brew straight from beans this is an excellent machine especially considering the price. It makes very smooth coffee with a good cream and the steam wand works well ( though I would have liked it to angle more like my last machine it doesn’t make any real difference ). I knew it was considered noisy before I bought it but as all espresso machines are noisy I wasn’t surprised, being used to a very hissy Gaggia machine. However it does make a beeping noise like a reversing bin lorry when doing its warm up flush through, and the same when closing down. If you want to have a coffee while the rest of the house sleeps this might be a problem. It’s no noisier when delivering the coffee than most machines. its very easy to use and not too imposing on the counter because of the ...

    Excellent machine

    Once you get the settings right, beans you like, this makes a lovely cappuccino/espresso/latte. Worth buying a milk thermometer for frothing at 75c as scalding the milk can be easy (with any milk frother). 5 stars for this baby. I imagine the higher spec De Longhi’s are even better.

    Good for the money

    Machine makes good coffee, but it takes a while to get your preferences set up. It is noisy, and it takes a while to get your coffee, as it goes through an automatic clean cycle each time. It does mean that you don't have much cleaning to do. Happy with my purchase
