Its main advantage over rivals is that it can operate independently without a working mobile phone. However, its software belongs to a much older era. Clunky. The operating instructions are consumer unfriendly and there is a real lack of friendly, human support on the end of a phone. As a person who values this product, I would appreciate it if the producer made it as easy to set up and operate as an iPhone. Mike
