It took almost a month to receive the item. No tracking update during the delivery.
When I opened the package, it was damaged. The seller packed the palette with one layer of thin bubble wrap and put it in a very thin paper box. And then it was delivered in a plastic bag. No wonder the palette was damaged during shipping. The seller definitely needs to improve the packaging method.
I wanted to return and request full refund but the seller hasn’t sent me the return shipping label yet.
