RETURNS INFORMATION
 
General Returns Information:
 
- If you wish to return any item you must contact us beforehand to obtain authorisation.
- Returned items must include your full details including name, address, contact number and reason for return. Failure to include this information will increase processing time.
- Standard warranty period for items is 6 months unless stated otherwise within item condition description.
 
Buyer Cancellations:
 
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and send the item back to us within 30 days of sale.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and the original condition in which you received it.
- Only item price refund will be given for any returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
Faulty Products Within 30 Days Of Sale:
 
- Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
- Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
- If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs. Note: The most cost-effective shipping service with tracking must be used to return a product. Express shipping service costs will not be refunded.
 
Faulty Products Over 30 Days Of Sale:
 
- For warranty claims over 30 days of sale we reserve the right to attempt to repair the product. If irreparable, we will issue a like-for-like replacement (if available) or a similar product.
- For warranty claims over 30 days of sale the product must be returned at the customer's cost.
- For all warranty claims over 12 months the customer must refer to the manufacturer.
- If for any reason an item is replaced or repaired during the 1 year warranty period the warranty on the new item will be calculated from the date of the original sale.
 
Other Returns Information:
 
- For all 'new' items purchased the customer must register the item with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
- The item must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied.
- Warranty exclusions: The seller shall not be liable to replace or repair the item under the terms of the warranty where: 1) The fault has been caused or is attributable to accidental use, misuse, negligent use or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. 2) Batteries and damage from leakage are not covered by the warranty.
- This warranty does not confer any rights to the customer other than those set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
- In the unlikely event of failure to resolve any dispute with the customer and such dispute is escalated to small claims court or higher authority then this will be subject to UK law and proceedings will take place within the jurisdiction of the West Midlands.

- There is a 24 hour dispatch time for orders. Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days to UK mainland destinations for standard deliveries. Express delivery times are approximately 2 business days to UK mainland destinations.
- Offshore destinations i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands may be subject to additional shipping costs. This applies to larger products which are sent through couriers. Any additional shipping cost will be automatically added by Ebay during checkout.

    Delonghi electric oscillating portable heater.

    This is my second Delonghi electric convector heater this is the first heater that I own that oscillates (moves from side to side). This is a good value purchase, it offers instant warmth and is mainly suited to a small or medium sized room. I find it most effective when I use in short bursts. These appliances are expensive to use for prolonged periods and are not a substitute for a good central heating system. These heaters are lightweight, robust, and perform well. This particular model is noisier than I expected and the oscillating feature creates a clicking sound hence the reason for the 4/5 stars grading.

    Fan heater with 24h clock and frost setting

    Just started using this heater for stopping frost in my shed, it’s not been cold enough yet to test the 6 degrees setting so can’t comment, looks a nice bit of kit, the low heat setting is about 890 watts so not to power hungry and the higher setting is 2500 watts. Not many fan heater with a 24h clock so a good purchase .

    Good small heater

    This is a good product, we bought a second one after trying for about a month. It warm up the bedroom quite quickly. However, there are areas for improvement. The 2 round grey knobs are too smooth and short to handle to turn. There is a slot on the surface of these knobs to indicate but difficult to see, so I had to mark them with a white paint dot. I would surely recommend this product.
