Mattress arrived but was infected with a large area of black mould. An exchange was arranged at great inconvenience and costs for disposal of old mattress were not absorbed by this company. Eventually asked for money back, an absolute disgraceful display of customer service!

Was told be delivered to the room. But when the box was too big to get through the door. Which I mean unless you living in a stately home. They proceeded to leave it there. And leave my wife at home by herself to lug the mattress out of the box. And onto the bed. And as they was leaving. Said and I quote. “Don’t forget our 5 star review” pictures attached !! Horrendous
