Item is great and the seller communicated well but their choice of delivery driver was DREADFUL. Was given a specific day for delivery - arranged to have people ready to take delivery but it came two days late - when the muscle guys weren't available to get it into the property so the delivery guy dropped it in the car park. He should take not not to use such an unhelpful and sexist delivery driver ever again!
