First of all: They're not "New (Other)" - they are a decade old used hardware - the listing was misleading.
New (Other) would be an unused leftover on a shelf that you sell for clearance.
Second: 1 of the 3 cards I received was defective, and I could not update the firmware of the 2 others because of an OEM limitation.
BUT, after contacting the seller, they agreed to refund me a portion of the order for these issues, with no arguing whatsoever.
So rating the product: 1/5
