Sollte der Käufer den Artikel zurückgeben wollen, ohne dass dieser von der Beschreibung abweicht, behalten ich mir das Recht vor, 20% des Verkaufpreises (Brutto) einzubehalten. Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Käufer. Rücksendungen sind an meine bei Ebay angegebene Adresse zu schicken: Tanja Vojnicsek, Laxenburgerstraße 14, 2351 Wiener Neudorf, Österreich.

Es muss ausdrücklich geschrieben werden, dass man widerruft. Die Frist für den Widerruf beträgt 14 Tage.

Für die 14-tägige Frist zählt in der Regel das Datum der Zustellung, auch wenn ein Nachbar usw. das Paket entgegennimmt. Der Lieferung liegt ein spezielles Widerrufs-Formular bei. Es sollte Dieses verwendet werden.

Mit der Rückerstattung hat der Verkäufer Zeit bis er die Ware erhalten hat.

Bei Verschlechterung der Ware kann Wertersatz verlangt werden.

Möbel werden grundsätzlich immer nur mit Selbstabholung verkauft. Zustellung erfolgt ausdrücklich auf Wunsch des Käufers. Die Zustellung erfolgt bis zur "Bordsteinkante". Die Zustellkosten sind jedenfalls vorab zu klären und sind keinesfalls Teil des Angebotes bzw. der Auktion.

In allen Angoten oder Auktionen dokumentieren zahlreiche unbearbeitete Original-Fotos und Beschreibungen den genauen Zustand der Ware. Ware muß innerhalb von 14 Tagen abgeholt werden.
