I’d been suffering a lot of nights where I’d been lying awake with an overactive mind for hours. This blanket helps a lot towards this. I was surprised at how heavy it is. But, you get used to it. The only downside was the size, as I’d ordered a Double but it barely even covers the top of my Single bed. I’ve had to keep my Double duvet on but with the blanket on top.
