Seller got the mug wrong; he put logo on the wrong side of the mug. But when I told him, he cheerfully and promptly sent me a corrected mug, no additional charge. Excellent seller, stands behind his work! Be sure, if ordering a mug, that you specify EXACTLY and COMPLETELY how the text or logo should appear. Even draw him a picture, so he knows just how you want it. I would recommend this seller heartily, I am very satisfied with the second mug. It is a sturdy mug, too.
