I believe my order slipped through the cracks. It took 3 weeks to receive and I had to call to track it down. Seller was pleasant and easy to deal with when I called. However, I had to initiate communication and could not reach them through eBay. The person who handled their eBay sales was out during this period of time. I believe this is the cause of the snafu. There was no intent to not deliver on time, it just happened. I still consider this a positive transaction.

Anchor button not as advertised. Seller instructed me I would need to modify it, to make it work as advertised. After some back and forth messaging. Seller decided to send a replacement. Three weeks and even more back and forth messaging later, I received my as advertised anchor button. I expected more out of this company. Maybe the company is under new management or ownership.
