Requested additional hinges to compliment a set of 30+ I had ordered therefore I wanted the specific zoo hinges as shown in the picture. The initial error I could accept. I’m contacting the seller they advised return and to re purchase with correct product as shown to be sent out. 2nd attempt and delivery received today is of eclipse hinges and not zoo. Mistake repeated. Not a happy customer and repeat process of having to return.

We apologise for this mistake. We have swapped the stock on our shelves from Zoo to Eclipse and due to how eBay and our system is set-up, we haven't been able to prevent orders being raised for the Eclipse hinges instead of manually creating orders for Zoo. We do also apologise for the mistake on the 2nd order, as this should have been picked up at the time especially after conversation between ourselves and you. We hope the correct hinges have now arrived with yourself.
