I had to pay extra charge at Royal mail sorting office otherwise they wouldn’t release the parcel. To add to the issue, it wasn’t the product that was listed ( not the eco ones anyway) seller was insisting that I swapped the item out and refused to refund . Had to contact eBay CS which was a lengthy process.
