This watch dial matches the listing description and will work fine with my watch project. It did take an longer time to ship to me than I expected. The order was placed on Feb. 26, but this item wasn't actually shipped from Shenzhen until March 5, and didn't arrive until March 18. Other watch part sellers in Guangdong that I purchased parts from on Feb. 26 shipped their items on Feb. 27, and these other pieces arrived on March 8.
