Shaver is Excellent build quality and practical.
Easy to use with long battery life. The downside is the accessory holder is just about useless and it is a challenge to get all the accessories to stay on it. A lot more thought and common sense need to be applied to this - the plastic is flimsy, very lightweight making it unstable. The tools are not even a good fit in the holder apart the the oil bottle!! My solution is to secure the base to a weighted turntable fitted with magnets (The flat screw onto the door type) - this enables you to remove the base from the stand for cleaning as and when required.Easy to use with long battery life. A good and reliable beard trimmer for everyday use
The Wahl 9916-1117 Beard Trimmer is very good product it does exactly what it says in the description. The battery life is perfectly acceptable, only had to charge it once so far and I'm using it most days, and the power is absolutely fine. The trimmer runs cordless and comes with a charger, so when the battery starts to die just plug in the charger. You can also use the trimmer anytime when it's plugged into the charger if you need to use it when the battery is low. Noise wise it's hardly deafening, about as loud as you'd expect a trimmer/shaver to be. The trimmer also comes with 3 combs, a beard comb, cleaning oil and a stand. Good value, good product!
I bought one for my son recently. I've owned one for about three years with no problems. The charge lasts for several trims and it works as advertised, Great for keeping the beard trimmed, along with eyebrows, ear and nose hair. The stand could be more robust, but it lives in the cupboard so presents no problems. Great value gentlemen's accessory!

This was purchased to replace one I have been using for 20 years.It seems to hold a charge for a good period of time and comes with a number of useful cutting guides. It has worked very well in the month or so that I have had it.
