I've always used super taper, for over 20 years I've had the metal 2000 ones. Only replaces blades about 6 years ago, sadly they slid off a table onto a concrete floor and now won't work, just buzz loudly and the blades don't move. I doubt these will last 20 years, but have to say they are great for the price. Many thanks.

After some 10 years or more, my Wahl clippers finally gave up the ghost. I replaced with as close a model as I could find, which if they are as good as the last ones will be another great buy, both for quality and longevity. I don't think the price has changed hugely in all that time either! I note the apron and second / larger brush are no longer included but this is still a top purchase. Recommended to all. Many thanks.

    Lots of attachments but noisy and vibrate badly.

    Reasonably priced product which I bought for two reasons. Firstly it comes with a large range of cutting attachments up to 25mm which I needed and secondly, the clippers were advertised as being quiet and I wanted to use them on my 2 year old son who's hair I can only cut while he's sleeping as he won't sit still. The attachments are bent due to the thin plastic used and the way they were packed and the clippers are anything but quiet. They also vibrate quite badly while using so my hand was numb by the time I cut my partners hair. There was no way my son was sleeping through the noise or vibration so I'll need to find another set of clippers to do the job. For my purposes they were a bad purchase.

    Well Made and Very Sturdy and lightweight

    The size is perfect and easy to handle. They have made it slightly slimmer compared to the older models so its alot easier to maneuver. The accessories were all good. I am pleased with my order and have been using this item with great ease.

    Wahl hair trimmer

    Being female who hates going to the hairdressers, (I have short hair of course), I wanted a hair trimmer I could use myself. This does the job very well, in fact the longest, no 8 (one inch) comb actually cuts more like 1 1/2" or 2", so gives a much better range of hair length than advertised. Easy to use, already saved its price on one haircut! I shall never need to darken the hairdresser's door again!! Easy to use, I'd recommend it to anyone, probably need some help the first few times, but fairly easy to use on your own with practice, and with the no8 comb, you can't cut it too short!

    Perfect easy to use and reliable

    Bought for my boyfriend who had an old version which was finally after many many years starting to stick. He was reluctant to change but is now very pleased he did.
