The perils of judging a book by its cover.
This is a comprehensive and extremely well researched and illustrated account of the Dreadnoughts from planning through keel laying to launch, fitting out and some dock side Portsmouth pictures. However the picture on the cover suggests DNs at sea and in action which is what I was looking for, In fact this picture is the only one in the whole volume depicting a DN in anything like action and is therefore not representative of the content. So a great book for ship yard nerds but does not have the pictures I was expecting or looking for.
