They arrived on time BUT I do feel these are "seconds" out of 40 tiles I had 14 with defects. The process of sorting it out with seller was very slow but they did replace them eventually. Yet again still had tiles with defects ....I gave up n just layed them so had furnishings covering flaws. The buying n sorting out defect tiles was very slow as it took seller over a week to sort this...I think the marks in tiles are glue I'm not 100%sureReply from: carpetshoponline- Feedback replied to by seller carpetshoponline.- Feedback replied to by seller carpetshoponline.The carpet tiles are not seconds, it seems that there was minor glue that had transferred from the backing backing of the tiles onto the tiles. We did notify you when you messaged regarding the issue that we were out of stock of the tiles; hence would need to confirm the quantity we may have in warehouse which would take a couple of days. The each replacement tiles were checked prior to sending out.
