Great Seller. The problem is shipping. USPS documented that it was delivered four days before it was actually delivered. It is not the Seller's fault. Contacting USPS is impossible. I strongly recommend that the product be shipped with the signature required so you know it has been delivered. It is a GREAT bag and has GREAT craftmanship.
